Cash on Delivery  

 

Our delivery representative will collect the cash after delivering the purchased products.

  • If your card is declined or your payment request is denied, it is important to contact the bank or financial institution that provided your card or financial services.

Refund Policy

  • If there is an error in the pricing of the product and it was sold at an incorrect or higher price than advertised, a refund can be requested.  
  • Refunds may also be granted if there are delays in shipping or delivery that were not communicated beforehand and result in significant inconvenience for the customer.  
  • If any other valid reasons demonstrate a failure on the part of the HOUBARA to fulfill their obligations or deliver what was promised, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.   
  • A request for refund must be made within 7 to 10 days of purchase.
